Hello, and welcome to my music blog.
I have a lot of opinions about music and I need an outlet for these thoughts as to not bore people around me.
A Little About Me:
As of 02/03/21 I am in my second year at university, studying Music Business at London Metropolitan University. Prior to this, I went to college at RedTape Central in Sheffield studying Music Technology. In between my studies I worked for a music profiling company in Chesterfield, basically going through a lengthy process of lyric-checking songs, editing them, sorting through and editing metadata and getting album art before inserting them into a database, I also created playlists and worked with clients. That’s a post for another day.
So, why did I decide to start this blog?
I had a bit of a brainwave when shopping for groceries… I study music business, and my favourite type of assessment is when I get to write or make a presentation about an artist/genre/movement I like. So I bought a pad and started writing this very post.
